Dear Friend of St. Patrick’s Mercy Home,
This is your invitation to our 3rd Emerald
Auction and Dinner. This night of friendship, fun,
laughter, and fundraising happens again on Thursday, September 16,
2010 at Holiday Inn St. John’s, 180 Portugal Cove Road.
As in the past, the event will be packed with non-stop entertainment as
our professional auctioneer entertains our guests. There will also be
musical entertainment. Join in the live and silent auctions and get your
raffle tickets before or after you sit to enjoy a three-course meal with
wine. At only $60.00 per person (tax and gratuity-in), it’s a night you
won’t want to miss! Don’t forget a charitable donation tax receipt for
$20.00 is available, upon request.
I want to thank you for your past support of our fundraising efforts for
the residents of St. Patrick’s Mercy Home. Your support enables us to
provide residents with some of the necessities that enhance their
quality of life…..it helps us make St. Patrick’s ~ their home away
from home!
Over the next several years, the St. Patrick’s Mercy Home Foundation has
committed its fundraising activities to replace, at a cost of $6,000
each, some of the 51 manual beds currently in use at the Home. In
addition, money fundraised from our events will continue to support the
purchase of Christmas gifts for the over 200 residents here at St.
Patrick’s.
Be a part of our community and join us at our
3rd Emerald Auction! If you are
unable to attend, a donation in support of our effort will be greatly
appreciated.
